Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Customers must contact us at info@olivefarmacy.com before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Allergic Reactions

Refunds related to allergic reactions are handled at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened products, used products, gift cards, and sale/final-sale items cannot be returned.
